I'm (as a seller) trying to remove one regular item from the order (2 items
in the order totally). The order is already paid, but I and buyer agreed that
1 item should not be sent and refund for this item should be received.
When trying to use Order Item Removal Request form System responds:
Oops! There was a problem processing your request:
Order does not have valid order status for order item removal.
Is this because the order is already paid? Any other options to remove 1 item?
Should I simply issue a refund? Will then fees and paypal fees be recalculated
as well?
[...] It's paid, you can't removed something paid. [...] You've to refund partially and do manual work, think not to pick this item, manuall change the count [...] (14 days ago, May 19, 2024, to Problem Order)
