It isn't hard to simply add 3% to your store prices to cover the fee. But sellers who tack the fee on later get the advantage in the price guide, which I just consider to be dishonest. Personally, I least favorite stores that do this, but I will continue to push Bricklink to change to terms of the site to prohibit junk fees.
