Paid directly, how to pay Bricklink? - AntsScurrying (697)

I had a buyer send money to my paypal direct instead of through Bricklink. How do I get the Vat and fees to Bricklink to show that the buyer has paid and I can get a VAT invoice? (1 month ago, May 1, 2024, to Selling)

[...] unfortunately you cant. the only way to do it is to refund the buyer and have them pay onsite (as bricklink collects the tax via a "partner fee" on the transaction). (1 month ago, May 1, 2024, to Selling)
