Just out of curiosity, how frequently do you, as owners of large stores (I'm thinking 1,000+ orders) get messages from buyers informing you about missing pieces or broken pieces in their order. I have had to send multiple of these messages during my time on BL (I really hate doing it) and I wanted to know how irritating it is on the receiving end. --Claude
