Yep - they appear to be primarily available in Europe for some unknown (I presume licensing) reason. Nowadays the foil packs are actually paper though. The mags themselves can be picked up in most newsagents and supermarkets in the UK for around £5. Themes include Batman, Star Wars Jurassic World, Ninjago, City etc.
