Recently had a small order where they buyer chose to not pay with instant checkout. They then sent an email saying that they had sent the payment to me via email. When I responded that the payment had not come through yet, they requested to cancel. I think they were hoping that I didn't check and just shipped it, thinking it was paid. Has anyone experience this type of possible scam where they try to get you to ship something by pretending they have already paid?

Yeah, sounds sketchy Unless they can provide a screenshot of the payment, then I wouldn't proceed with the order & stoplist them just to be safe (1 month ago, Apr 18, 2024, to Selling)
