Which machine? System? Browser? Which shop?
Empty browser cache.
Remove all BrickLink cookies.
Log in.
Retry.
If still not, try using another Browser, like Firefox (you should use anyway)

I am having the exact same issue. The store I am trying to buy from is CollectABrick.
I tried from Chrome on iPhone and iPad and Chrome on Window 10 and Edge on Windows
10 - all the same issue ...

I am having the same issue with the same store, i have messaged them to make
them aware to get in touch with Admin
|
They may not need an Admin - but need to check, revise and test each Shipping
Method.
