i bought an order in January the status of it in the tracking page has been
"shipment is ready for transport to the country of destination" since
January 20th I contacted seller about it multiple times he said he will start
an investigation that was a month ago (february 21st) i contacted the seller
about it a week ago he read the messages but didnt respond at this point i just
want to refund what do i do ?
Open a NSS case here on bricklink. If you paid with Paypal, open a case on Paypal
to get your money back..
