Of the two I sent it to so far, both followed the instructions. One even went back and added feedback for other orders they placed. I sent my third one out today which is what prompted me to go double check on the other two users. And I know, I know, "don't worry about your feedback number more than your feedback rating", but there are people out who see that number first and assume that with experience comes better service and fewer hassles. It's also just a few extra keystrokes of extra work to help improve the community for everyone IMO.
