It depends. Sometimes with international shipping involved it's just easier
to buy domestically at a slightly higher price, with slightly lower shipping
but getting the package in 3 days instead of 10/14/30...
Just make sure you're covering your costs.

Don't worry about that, most of my stock was bought at about a %65 discount.
