That would be a very short sighted approach since if the printing is being carried out by Lego themselves then there should be no reason not to embrace them by listing as a custom Item. Any suspicious print designs can be verified checked with what is officially available on the Lego site. Unofficial print designs are likely to be centered around attempting to replicate designs from popular characters/themes and so shouldn't be hard to spot anyway!
