Probably what happened is the buyer placed an order in your store and completed
it but before you sent him an invoice, he came back and placed another order.
BrickLink will automatically combine them into one order if the order is still
"Pending"..

I thought the batches were separated in the order details?
Or is it only for buyers?
Or an option?
| We had this happen several times in the past before we had auto checkout enabled.
