Is there any kind of work around using the Courier API where you can put in different
box dimensions? The Priority Flat Rate boxes are smaller and more expensive
than the standard Priority boxes - and also come in a wider variety like the
7x7x6 box.

However it appears you're locked in to the predetermined Flat Rate dimensions.
I'm assuming these need to just be manually priced?

[...] I use ALOT of the 7x7x6 boxes for one to two pound orders. It does require manual pricing like you said. And the pricing is much more affordable than flat rate.
