First, don’t post personal information on the forum. (I guess that’s why your
other posts were cancelled by another moderator.)

Second, a disclaimer: I don’t know what is asked or it’s asked in the verification
process. I’m not an admin, I’m not talking for BL.
Then, the two options shown on you screenshot are about so-called “Distance Selling”
in EU. This mechanism is badly named but it’s the official name. It’s ONLY
for when you intend/expect to sell for more than €10,000 in EU (total, excluding
domestic sales).
When you sell to EU countries for more that €10,000 you need to, either:
A. be VAT-registered in each EU country you sell to,
B. OR, be registered to a One-Stop-Shop (OSS) in one EU country (generally yours),
and that covers all the EU countries.
So, (again, without knowing how the forms are these days), I surmise you’ve enabled
“Distance Selling” but you are also saying NO to (A) and (B). You should say
NO to the whole “Distance Selling” option (again, if it’s possible).
Disabling “Distance Selling” doesn’t prevent you from selling in EU. It only
prevents you from selling for more than €10,000 in EU (combined on all EU countries,
excluding domestic, in the last 12 months).
