I had one buyer, I told him about the BL message thing, so he started abusing
me by email, and appearing "reasonable" by BL message.

To keep a record of these messages, reply using the BL system and copy/paste
their message in your reply. It is not perfect, but at least that way their correspondence
gets attached to the order in question (or at least to their account).

I do this as well. It's important to have all communication attached to the
order itself.
