Quite the opposite here.
Never have had any problem with PayPal.
For various reasons, when I have to call them I've got someone on the phone
immediately.

But we're a registered company with a pro account, so that may be a factor.

Also, as a general behaviour, I don't let situations rotten up to the buyer
has to start a dispute/claim. So very very few here. In short, we're
ultra clean in their files. May have an impact also.

Note PayPal represents here 80% (in amount) of our payments.
We couldn't afford not to have them.
