I think that this is more of a Bricklink problem as a neutral feedback shouldn't affect your rating. It was great, but it wasn't bad, so why treat it as a bad thing? It isn't treated as a bad thing. It is also not a good thing, so doesn't count as praise. Email the buyer and ask them to stop doing it. If no response, stop list them, and inform all sellers you are friendly with so they stoplist them.
