Cancelled? Postponed? Rebrickable is correct. Part 48723 is no longer in production and has been replaced with 68888 and 3803. 48723 has an axle hole on one side and a pin hole on the other side. Most sets require the axle hole, so 68888 can be used as an alternate part. But in set 71043 the pin hole is needed, therefore later copies of that set probably come with 3803.
