Instead of searching, put something in a new (or a "misc" WL, and then your search is saved for life Poncke's attached image is in reference to the CATALOG item page. This has nothing to do with saved searches or wish lists. If I understand it correctly, the page is for doing a definitive search on a single item verse other methods.
