OMG, our "seller persona" is in question, you're right! I honestly
wouldn't buy from us.

You've got a lot anger in you, energy which I've tried to redirect. Thought
we were doing good with that, but see that you're still interested in making
an appearance or presence instead. I'll take that into consideration, now.
