Import the Set 3. Right Click on the Set and 'Part out Item...' 4. Use the Marker, Comment, & Remarks fields to track QtyOnHand, QtyNeeded, SpareParts (I like having the text instead of relying on the Blue + in the Status) Note: you can sort multiple columns by holding down the Shift key and selecting the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. column. Below is a picture of how it looks for Set 75256 that I was auditing this morning. I've thought about digging into the code for BrickStore to see if I can add Audit Fields. - QtyOnHand and QtyNeeded where QtyNeeded is Quantity - QtyOnHand.
