Well it says Lego on the box(I’ve seen more questionable things without the Lego logo get added) it should be fine. Also the condition is kinda strange, the fact that the parts came in a ziplock bag is a very strange occurrence.(if that is to pass there may need to be a sealed set unboxing) the box is in good shape, so that is a plus for price. If there was less then 500 produced than that will up the price. (If it was handed out for a gift to game reviewers, than there may be less than 300 still intact) I would imagine that the game reviewers would not have kept the thing around for long.(especially the box)

Ziploc is quite common for things like this. All build and take home events from lego are all ziplock bags (5 months ago, Jan 6, 2024, to Price Guide)
