Just received the email at 7:04pm, and upon input, the "confirmation code
expired".

At 7:10pm, when the confirmation code didn't work, we hit "resend code".
It's 7:20 pm and still email and no code.... Very frustrating. Are we missing
some step? Anyone else with the same issue?

It's now 8:24pm, over an hour after requested new code. No email, no code.
Ugh. Our internet works fine.

I would try (at least 10 minutes after your last attempt):
* log out
* clear browser cache
* remove all BrickLink cookies
* close browser and restart it, log in, then retry?
