| Customer placed a nice order that paypal put into pending. Customer finally has
responded that their bank and PayPal are having an issue and is requesting to
just cancel the order.
Do I cancel by just issuing a refund, even tho no actual payment received?
There shouldn't be any paypal fees on my end since payment wasn't processed?
How does the order get added back to inventory on BL side, quantity adjustments?
A few of the items were bought out, do those have to bd manually added back in?
