An experienced seller (+5000 fb) obviously has no care for product quality and
has the audacity to send such filthy parts and you think it's due to "human
error"?
It's just rude is what it is and he deserves the negative feedback IMO.
Btw, shame on you for comparing this to punching someone in the face, just for
dramatic effect.

Why?
Because if a seller make a honest mistake with your order, you would directly
ruin his/her reputation so they would prefer to avoid any trouble before it happens.
