Yep, 7 years and still no simple way to combine or compare lists with the “new” interface. Now, in case you don’t know, there’s no need to combine lists to buy them: you can buy multiple lists together by checking their boxes on the left pane of the Buy page. You can also pick individual items from different lists if you use the Wanted Items tab (still on the left, see (2) in first pic here: https://www.bricklink.com/help.asp?helpID=2445 ).
