How long does the help desk usually take to respond? its been 24 hours and still
no buyer privileges =(

Register on the help desk site https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/ with the
same email you use to log in and you can track your tickets. They have been pretty
quick recently.

Just an update for everyone (or any future readers who search and find this thread).
I had to change my personal address back to match my store address to fix everything.
So for any other store owners in a similar situation, don't cause yourself
headaches and make sure you personal and store addresses match.

I still wish my store can be it's own entity without having to be completely
reliant on a personal account. (even when the store makes a sale, the name and
address provided to the buyer in the email was my personal one which was not
ideal)

Anyhow, I digress. onward and upward. =)
