I am genuinely confused, since the main product here is the comic, while the Minifigs and accessories are an added bonus. Also, if this is a set, why is the name "Pirate Comic"? It was given a set number by the LEGO Group. That is why it is a set. Modern books are not given set numbers, and they are published by other companies. I don't know if the set has an official name, so the name "Pirate Comic" (or "Pirates Comic" depending on where you look) is what is used. Cheers, Randy Odd criteria, and I disagree with the decision, but at least there is a legitimate rationale behind the categorisation. You are fine to disagree, but every LEGO database that I looked at categorized it in the exact same way. We could all be wrong, but I don't think so.
