I can't print it because it doesn't show [Download VAT receipt].
What should I do in such a case?

Is the payment for the order already done with Onsite?

You can check if the option to put the order in Shipped status appear.

I have received the payment from the buyer.
I can also change the status to shipped.

if I remember correctly, they also send an email copy with the VAT receipt so you may have received one. perhaps double-check your emails
