Of particular interest to him is the process of getting all the set entries added to the database at the correct time (and with the correct details of course), which involves staging them as pending items and doing research as to when each set will be released: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogListOld.asp?itemPend=Y&catType=S The scheduled release date is usually added to the item name on a pending entry. As you can see, we are on the verge of a huge upload of new sets. June 1 is typcially the single busiest release date besides January 1. We are very pleased to have such great talent on our team.
