Anyone else having problems with shipping not being added on when a buyer wants
an invoice?
If you are talking about manual invoice - the buyer requests an invoice, you
have to add it and any handling you charge. You add it to the shipping cost field
and then save changes, then send the invoice.
Instant checkout should have the shipping method the buyer selects when they
checkout.
