- For Core (as it is not fully canon, despite some vehicle and suit appearances
in canon material), "Ninjago - Core".

For now, we decided that we just add a new subcategory "Dragons Rising Season
1". This is the most practical approach at this time and follows the established
structure of one main category (NINJAGO) with all seasons and subthemes as subcategories,
exept "The LEGO Ninjago Movie", which was always treated as a completely
different theme by LEGO.
This does not mean we will never split the whole category, but a new category
level creates a certain amount of work, not just right now but also regarding
all future submissions. Since we don't know much about the new series yet
(how long it will last, if future seasons will have proper names, etc.), it doesn't
seems wise to go into that direction right now.
Moreover, there are contradictory statements whether all of the previous seasons
belong
to one series (NINJAGO: Masters of Spinjitzu), or whether a new series (just
"NINJAGO" ) already started with "Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu".

While SotFS dropped the “Masters of Spinjitzu” branding, it was still just the
next instalment in the original Ninjago series; Dragons Rising, conversely, is
a new series and soft reboot of the franchise (sort of like the various universe-changing
events in DC and Marvel comics (e.g. Crisis on Infinite Earths)).
Dragons Rising should be its own category (“Ninjago - Ninjago: Dragons Rising”),
with Season 1 being a subcategory added later, if the seasons do not have titles.
Dragons Rising (per official information released by LEGO) has a multi-year plan
and is going to be a continuous story, so it will be here for the foreseeable
future (and seasons may not be the best way to divide sets/Minifigs, depending
upon how the story progresses and whether the Ninja get new costumes each wave).
