Can a seller force me to pay for a more expensive option without explanation?
I am trying to purchase from a seller who lists two different prices for shipping.
There are no indications, or if there are any, it was not clear to me what they
were, how these two shipping options are evaluated.

So I pick my parts and request an invoice and they are charging me the €30 shipping
instead of the €12.50 shipping, without any explanation. (I did not order any
large pieces or expensive parts).

I sent a message back asking for the €12.50 shipping instead, which matches the
chart they have for the weight of my order and for the “zone” my country is in.

If the seller insists on only charging me the higher shipping price, which makes
the purchase not worth it for me, do I have any recourse? Will trying to cancel
the order put a black mark on my account?
