earlier in the week. The buyer has already paid. How do I go about cancelling
this order and refunding the buyer their money? I've cancelled orders before
where the buyer changes their mind, but I've never had to cancel an order
once the money has been sent. When I go to the Problem Center and enter the
order number it does not provide a choice for cancelling like I usually see.
Does the buyer need to initiate the cancellation in this scenario?

Send them a refund then set the payment status to none and then you can cancel
the order

Ah! I see the Issue Refund link. Had not noticed that before, and never needed
to use it before. Many thanks!
