A quick clean, and it's the perfect sorting tray for sorting incoming LEGO
pieces!
It might be a motor set, not sure though, a lot of sets had front flaps on the
box, I'm surprised nobody on BrickLink thought to categorize these items.
Oh well, the past practices of set inventorying were what they were, no use crying
over spilled milk.
Seriously, though, to be able to identify these trays, there has to be some sort
of number on it somewhere, sometimes it was made as an indentation into the mold
so it would appear directly on the tray, other times they would print directly
onto it, which meant it would rub off, or use a sticker, which as often as not,
got peeled off. It's very hard to determine what set it really came from,
unless you know someone who has documented all of the trays. They, too, are getting
harder to find, as the years go by ...
