I don’t know and producing such parts would be counterfeiting and it’s illegal.

Those parts are well over 20 years old. The patent is likely expired. The minifig
shape is copyrighted though.

I want?
Btw this isn't like an urgent thing I'm after. If not's possible
then its no big deal. I just have some custom made cars that would look a bit
better with a transparent windscreen.

Can't you use a similar windscreen part in the right colour instead?
