SO, it is a webpage running php calling requests using the Bricklink generated
API keys

If so, any updates recently?
If not, has php been updated by your hosting provider recently? I really dislike
it when they do that unannounced.
Is the site accessible by the public (maybe a script kiddie is using all of your
5000 calls)
Just trying to get a feel for what may have changed since I have some custom
software that has been functioning 100% for since the change to TLS1.2 was required
in May of this year.

No not self hosted, with ISP. They have gone through and made sure there have
been no changes made on their side.
Need a login and password to get into the site, so I don't think anyone has
been on their. Traffic stats equate to only me being on there.
I have made no code changes since it was working properly.

Okay, sounds like you have done what I would do.
Do you have a way to test your credentials locally?

Going to be looking into that as my next step. Was going to also try getting
a new SECRET key, and see if that makes a difference
