Thanks for your reply. Yes I see now how BL is in the USA so I would have to let them charge the taxes to USA buyers on my sales. But I didn't have paypal activated so I never sold to USA buyers and all orders were cancelled or NPB reports completed when the buyer never paid. But BL still won't activate my store again saying I did tax evasion which I actually did not! So now I am waiting for them to take their time and decide. I will need everyone's support to convince them to turn it back on. Thanks.
