I.ve made an export of this period (01.07.2021 -01.07.2022) and i've noticed
that they took into total shipping cost, fees, taxes, local shippings, non Eu
shippings. and all canceled orders, they are all summed and for this cause i've
exceed the 10k.
For ex, the real selling to Eu customers is ~ 2000+ euro.
I've opened a support ticket but this is strange, they have 1 year to implement
it correctly.

How does this work? You are a brand new user as of today, already have a feedback,
a store and 10k in sales? Looks like some accounts need to be merged.

In your opinion a seller must have lots of items and made lots of money? I've
stop selling lots of items here bcz in my countrieis is an adventure to send
something missing abroad. I've focused mostly in the local market.
So this is not the topic theme, i think is a bug in lego raportation in this
moment.

They were asking how a new user that only registered today can open a store and
have 10k in Sales already.
What a coincidence that they live in the same city as you and you have left them
feedback. And their user name is the same as your store name.

By mistake i've write on forum with the new user without any store on it,
now i am writing from the corect one with an old store assigned
