While listing some copies of   *  970c00pb0160 Hips and Legs with Lime and Silver Reflective Stripes on Front and Dark Tan Pockets Pattern Parts: Minifigure, Legs, Decorated {Black} I noticed there were 2 distinct versions of the print. 1 has a thin reflective line on a more yellowish background and the other has a significant thicker reflective line with a more neon-coloured background in addition most/all of the thicker versions ones the printing went up the curved part a bit but the thin line versions all seem to be below the curve. also, the pocket line thicknesses looks a bit different as well. I compared over 30 copies of the legs and my findings were consistent If possible a note on the part might help
