There are tons of reliable free e-mail provider (like gmx), or with a bit of payment, we're at infomaniak for example. Too much invested in curent iSP - both here and our mainline business. To be fair to them we rarely have any problems but since they moved to office 365 they haven't been great so it is more a microsoft thing than BT.
