also has a new mold number: 65697.

I submitted the part as 93551pb02. Please advise if it should have a new base
catalog entry instead. There are slight differences to the pip on the front and
the pin on the back. LEGO designates it 'MINI PALET, NO. 2'

Here it is compared with the original part from:
