It is possible that "973p90new" should have had a new number, since its vertical centering made a pretty obvious difference, but it was for a reissue of an old minifigure. "973p90new2" was an improved reissue of 973p90. You can tell it apart only from the ribs inside. It is really 973p90, but delineated so people can keep the vintage and reissues separate. 973pb4514 is a different case. It was not made for a reissue minifigure and it is not the same print.
