Hello, now the user has put me a non shipping alert and continues to say that the part dont has the LEGO logo on it, who I can contact from the administration to try explain what is happening and fix this? Even then, this is not always present as some individual parts do not have the space to include them with out interfering with the appearance of the part. I would point them to other threads in the forum (just search "Lego Logo") and you'll find other people talking about this. If they are still persistent, I would just refund and then you can block them as a buyer if you don't want to deal with it again in the future.
