That seems odd. Seems odd right, but it would be pretty hard too to copy the background carton and change the text while maintaining everything else of the design exactly. The plastic blister can come from on of the other stores. Yes, employee (unnumbered) versions are common for several of the single minifig releases (I have 2 myself), but I have never seen a store that has had ONLY an [...] (36 months ago, Jul 1, 2021, to Catalog Requests)
