There is a recently created category called "Arctic Technic", but this isn't a category in its own right because there is already a subcategory called "Arctic Technic" under the category "Technic". There is only one minifigure in this duplicate category, which is tech003a. This is incorrect because tech003a is a variation of the minifig tech003 (tech003a is the same minifig but with a helmet) and tech003 is in the subcategory of "Arctic Technic" under "Technic". I am requesting that the duplicated category of "Arctic Technic" as a main category be deleted, and that the tech003a minifigure is moved to the subcategory "Arctic Technic" under the category "Technic".
