Well, no, they simply remove the old PayPal payment method from the main system once, and then it will be as you say, people (like me) who haven't accepted will automatically get an instruction to enable the new PayPal. That's what I assume anyway.... then again, it's Bricklink... they can't even remove multiple forum posts by one spammer at the same time...
