I've had too many "100% complete" purchases that weren't. From talking to sellers it seems they just say something is complete but most aren't actually checking. I feel this is a disservice to buyers. Perhaps a field that says "I have checked the set against the BL piece list and it actually is 100% complete" or something like that. They will still lie, but maybe it will curtail things a bit. And on the buyers end, rather than just a positive/neutral/negative, there should be more. Like a "was it actually 100% complete?" Then if you see that only 75% of the time a seller is actually selling complete sets you can steer clear.
