I always use the HIGH/LOW % indicator on the "Buy my wanted list" page to see
if I'm getting a good deal, however I don't always get the best results
because the indicator doesn't check if I wanted new/used. Example:

Part Average: New-$2 Used-$1

Store A Part Price: New-$1.90 - v10%
Store B Part Price: Used-$1.10 - ^10%

If I select "any" condition, I would expect that the used part for only $1.10
would be a better deal, and yet the page tells me thats overpriced. Instead I
buy the $1.90 part, thinking its a better deal (10% lower) but it's really
not.

Suggestion:
If "any" condition is selected, compare the part's price to the average of
both the new AND used price.

[...] By selecting ANY it means you don't care about condition, so the cheapest one is the one reported.
