About Me Pages: About TheresaMDR (27)
I'm an elementary teacher of nearly 20 years, and tech is my specialty. I've also taught tech at the college level (Office, Tech for Teachers, and HTML). I've always loved LEGO, and finally had the opportunity to start a LEGO club at my school. I'm truly in the beginning stages, and want to stick with bricks - and for now, stay completely separated from our Robotics club. I focus mostly with 1st-3rd graders and problem solving. One of my favorite projects with them is bridge building. All our bricks were donated, and we don't have nearly enough, so I scour places from time to time for more.

I also like to do small builds, although my piece de resistance is my Mustang - it was a birthday gift last year, and it matches, almost perfectly, my own 2007 GT. Lately I've been working on making Christmas ornaments - just for giggles. Then I got a wild hair to use our quarantine time to make ornaments as gifts, and as every project does, I've gone overboard. :) Perhaps sometime soon I'll get the Keaton Batmobile and that can be my next real build project.

Interested in meeting peeps - possible trades, blah blah blah. Passions include dogs, foster care, comicons, and I dabble in many, many things (coin & stamp collecting, comics, home improvement, books, music, guitar, and so on).
